Job Description

Being Project Manager, you will be the single point of contact for a very prestigious luxury company and as such responsible for the following missions:

  • Define the methodology, setup the dashboards and ensure data consistency
  • Present analysis and recommendations alongside the Research Director or Social Media Researchers
  • Building and updating complex social media listening and analytics services
  • Produce recurrent and/or ad-hoc research reports
  • Coordinate the roll out and maintenance of our platform effectively between our client, internal teams and external partners such as digital or media agencies
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and project long term success, eventually contributing to the expansion of our Social Intelligence program
  • Provide regular status updates to your clients
  • Break projects doable actions and set time frames captured in tracking documents
  • Monitor the adoption and usage of Radarly across client teams
  • Work with Social Data Research Directors in ad-hoc projects from briefing to presentation
  • Support Software Empowerment Specialists in project configuration and ticket resolutions
  • Facilitate up sell and cross sell in support of the account management team
  • Address any urgent questions or last-minute requests in a timely manner
  • Organize knowledge management and share best practices internally
  • Support various evangelization initiatives (workshops, events, internal pitch)
  • Develop a relationship of trust with multiple stakeholders and client teams
  • Liaise with our Product team on roadmap questions and feature requests

Preferred Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of project management preferably in digital agency or consulting firm
  • Experience with monitoring platforms, market research or web analytics is preferred
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
  • Both passion and functional knowledge of luxury industry is a strong plus
  • Experience working in digital transformation of large companies is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Your insights and presentations provoke debate and compel action with a non-academic, accessible style
  • Strong organizational skills. Comfortable with fast pace environment and able to prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working closely with Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing, PR and Corporate Communication divisions
  • Efficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • PMP, PRINCE II or Microsoft Project certification is a plus
