Job Description

You’ll be part of a European Marketing team, with a specific focus on the UK market. As such, the role will involve close collaboration with local marketing leads in France (HQ) and Germany. You’ll be reporting to the UK VP of Sales


  • Increase Linkfluence brand awareness in the UK market (through relevant industry events, social media and online channels)
  • Translate European marketing strategy into local (UK) execution plan
  • Drive traffic and engagement with the brand through relevant, targeted and innovative content


  • Build and manage ABM plan for the UK market (you’ll be provided with a list of specific industries and brands)
  • Create targeted and consistent content marketing plan (we’re keen to try new formats and expect the candidate to be innovative in their approach)
  • Collaborate with the UK Sales department to ensure marketing activities support new business efforts
  • Oversee Linkfluence participation in major industry events and drive smaller-scale client/prospect outreach initiatives

Local marketing managers will typically gain seniority within their own teams and increase remit (from local to regional to global). Marketing Director would be a “standard” next step for this role.

Preferred Experience

  • Love for start-up environment
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a digital marketing or social media intelligence business
  • Native level of English, second language appreciated (French, German or Chinese a plus)
  • Outstanding writing skills
  • Strong experience of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot,...)
  • SEO and SEA knowledge
  • Intermediate or advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hands-on & can-do attitude
  • Team player
  • Degree level education
