Job Description

Wellbeing at work is at the heart of our human resources strategy. We’re looking for our office and happiness manager who will actively contribute to the wellbeing of our employees with his/her day to day missions:

  • Embody Linkfluence: you’ll be the 1st Linkfluencer people will meet or talk to when contacting us :)
    /Welcome all our visitors and newcomers
    /Create and prepare WelcomeKit for our newcomers
    /Answer the phone and find the appropriate interlocutor

  • Make sure that our Paris office offers good and friendly working conditions.
    /Make sure that nothing is missing: order office supplies, coffee and tea and other nice stuff!
    /Be in charge of general services, answer employees’ request regarding office related topics, interacting when necessary with our external concierge service, suppliers like plumber, electrician, etc.
    /Manage incoming and outgoing mails, scan them for people offsite

  • Ensure good travel experience for our team members:
    /Book business travels (transport, hotel) all around the world
    /Be creative to find the best solution for travel and accommodation
    /Manage visas requests
    /Find good hotels and restaurants and create a list of great addresses people will love to go

  • Enrich our worklife by organizing cool events:
    /Suggest, create and organise from A to Z cool events such as thematic breakfasts and drinks, team gathering, corporate parties for Paris office
    /Help our other offices to organise their own events by sharing your experience and knowledge

  • Help our company become more sustainable development friendly:
    /Make sure that recycling rules are respected
    /Choose suppliers that share the same values regarding packaging
    /Take initiative to propose new ideas about reducing waste

Preferred Experience

  • You’re both very organised and very creative. You love being hands on and you’re detail oriented.
  • Listening and helping people is part of your DNA both in your personal and professional life.
  • You have good communication and presentation skills: You’re a very dynamic, outgoing and bubbly person!
  • You're curious and motivated young professional who is looking for challenges and you love taking part in new projects and adventure!
  • You’re comfortable with fast pace environment and able to prioritize. You have a scale-up spirit: you are open-minded, you are agile and flexible, resourceful, and autonomous at a Ninja level ;)

Preferred Experience

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or office management and/or events management and/or general services
  • Bachelor or Master in a related area
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus (Mandarin, German, etc.)
  • Efficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google documents environment
