Job Description

We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to develop and implement an effective sales strategy for acquiring new customers. On this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales that will meet predetermined targets and increase our market share. You will be a critical member of our leadership team as we continue our organic growth. As Head of Sales, you will be overall responsible for growing Linkfluence’s clients in France.

  • Create and implement strategic sales that successfully achieve business objectives
  • Monitor competitors’ products, including relevant sales and marketing data
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key prospects including negotiating and closing on major contracts

Preferred Experience

We seek a leader who can grow the Linkfluence business in France with large enterprises to accelerate Linkfluence market share. You should be passionate about digital marketing and new technologies.

Ideal candidates should possess the following knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years’ experience in leading a new business team
  • Previous experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
  • Excellent collaboration skills – a “team player” who thrives in cultural diverse and global organization
  • Proven leadership style, leads by example and promotes continuous development
